Uploaded Pictures
Uploaded pictures are intended to be mainly for the benefit of everyone on Chromehenge. We will allow people to occasionally link to the uploaded photos from other sites, but only if it is done infrequently. Also, the other sites should be low traffic sites, such as personal websites, blogs or journals (for example). If the linked image is generating a lot of traffic causing the performance of Chromehenge to suffer, then we reserve the right to block the external link or replace it with another image. We also reserve the right to dynamically add a small watermark to images linked externally, so that we may get a little free advertising in exchange for hosting your images. However, we will continue to not make any copyright or ownership claims on your uploaded images.
Privacy
Chromehenge collects minimal statistical information from the users of the website. Our statistical reporting system records our server requests. This system stores the users IP, date, and data requests. The statistical information may be used to enhance the end user experience or tell us what countries have visited us, but will mainly be ignored in a cobweb-laden logfile somewhere deep within the bowels of the server.
Chromehenge does not and will never sell any user information stored on the system. Chromehenge does not and will never give out any user information to any 3rd party companies. Our own information are kept in the same databases, after all!
